Does it have to be indoor or outdoor?

We can accommodate both. We do have some requirements for both indoor and outdoor. As long as you are able to accommodate with our requirements such as: Most sweets require an outlet on site., access to water for yo-yo and super ball games.​ For outdoor: If the weather turns bad, it is your decision to cancel or resume the party.

When should I confirm for the final guest count?

We ask that you confirm the final number of guests as soon as you can. However, please confirm with us, at least 2 weeks prior to your event so that we can prepare with appropriate amount of supplies.

Can I book your services last minute?

Yes, if the spaces and supplies are available, we will try our best to accommodate last minute booking(s).

What if I wanted to extend another hour last minute?

We will gladly extend our stay IF there are no bookings after your party/events.

How long will it take to set up and break down?

We ask that you give us at least an hour to set up and hour to break down (it may be faster or more time depending on the services).

What are your Payments & Deposit policy?

Your deposit will be due at the time of booking to secure your spot with us. We require a non refundable deposit of 20% from your grand total. Your remaining balance after the deposit will be due at the time of your party/event. We accept Cash (no tax) or credit card (tax will be charged).

What is your cancellation policy?

Because our services can be time consuming, we ask that if you need to cancel, please cancel 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the date of your event or earlier for a full refund. (If you have already paid in full prior to canceling). Keep in mind that, DEPOSIT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE.

Is there a traveling fee?

Yes, depending on the location of the party. Please inquire.
