Does it have to be indoor or outdoor?
We can accommodate both. We do have some requirements for both indoor and outdoor.
Can I book your services last minute?
Yes, if the spaces and supplies are available, we will try our best to accommodate last minute booking(s).
What if I wanted to extend another hour last minute?
How long will it take to set up and break down?
We ask that you give us at least an hour to set up and hour to break down (it may be faster or more time depending on the services).
What are your Payments & Deposit policy?
Your deposit will be due at the time of booking to secure your spot with us. We require a non refundable deposit of 20% from your grand total. Your remaining balance after the deposit will be due at the time of your party/event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because our services can be time consuming, we ask that if you need to cancel, please cancel 7 days (1 week) prior to the date of your event or earlier for a full refund. (If you have already paid in full prior to canceling).
Is there a traveling fee?
Yes, depending on the location of the party.
